The Best Place & Time to Get Dodger Autographs at Camelback Ranch

Continuing my list of the Top 7 Things learned at Camelback Ranch, here is Item #3.
Here’s a great tip from my friends on a great place and time to get Dodger Autographs:
“They open the stadium at 11:30 a.m., when there are 1 p.m. games. If you have not gotten there early enough to have seen the players walk from the clubhouse (adjacent to the stadium and inside stadium gates) to the fields in the early morning, you will catch them at about 11:30 to noon making their way BACK from the fields to the clubhouse.”
“This is when spectators/fans are separated from their favorite players by mere ropes. Many players stop to sign balls, hats, shirts, etc. and are all very generous with their time I noticed. The fans are so completely respectful, it seems no one is arrogant enough to encroach upon the players’ space. A few kids slipped under the ropes and got closer, but security was standing nearby and did nothing about this, unless the child was older. Younger kids did that quite a bit and got more of a laugh out of security than anything.”
Great tip.
